Jeremy relocated to Eugene, Oregon in January 2023 to join Therapeutic Associates and to enjoy the beautiful state of Oregon as I enjoy kayaking, hiking and mountain biking. Jeremy is originally from Phoenix, Arizona but has lived in various places from Anchorage, Alaska to Seoul Korea. Jeremy is a PTA graduate of Pima Medical Institute in Phoenix and went on to earn a BSPTA degree in 2023. He has experience in chronic pain, orthopedic outpatient care, home care, pediatric care and acute care – his passion remains in chronic pain treatment.
