Lisa earned her B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of Idaho and later obtained her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Green River College. Over the past three decades, she has dedicated her career to outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation, catering to a diverse clientele ranging from the elderly to professional athletes. She believes that educating her patients is a priority in their recovery and has a special interest in shoulder and knee rehabilitation.
With a lifelong involvement in sports and a background in Mat Pilates, she advocates for maintaining postural awareness, a strong core, along with daily movement for injury prevention. Recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association for her Advanced Proficiency in Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation, Lisa not only brings expertise but also a passion for helping individuals achieve optimal health.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Lisa cherishes moments with her family and engages in activities such as cooking nutritious meals and home projects. She finds joy in outdoor endeavors like walking, hiking, and gardening, appreciating the beauty of nature that surrounds her.
