Melody was born and raised in Cheshire, CT. She moved to South Carolina to attend Winthrop University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a minor in Human Nutrition. She then attended the Medical University of South Carolina where she earned her DPT in May 2023. While in school, she completed clinical rotations in North Carolina, Florida, Utah, and right here in Gresham, OR. Between the beauty of the PNW and welcoming environment created by the TAI team, it wasn’t hard to decide to make the move permanent. Her interest in human anatomy and performance began in high school when she started working with a personal trainer, who also sparked her love for lifting. Ever since, she knew she wanted a career helping people to stay active and able to do the things they love.
Outside of work Melody enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, weightlifting, and traveling. She also enjoys going into the city to visit new coffee shops, bookstores, and restaurants whenever she gets the chance.
