Paige was born and raised in Salem, Oregon. She attended Western Oregon University and graduated in December of 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and minor in Sports Education. Her future involves pursuing an associate’s degree in Physical Therapy to be a Physical Therapist Assistant within the next few years.
Paige got involved in the fitness industry when she started high school and she was introduced to powerlifting. From then on, she competed in powerlifting competitions until she started college. Now she is a certified personal trainer, certified functional strength coach, and is working to complete her level one nutrition certification and weightlifting performance certification.
Outside of work, Paige loves to spend time outside hiking and camping, being with family, the gym, or with her dog Hulk.
