Our clinic was designed to empower every patient to reach their full potential, incorporating private treatment spaces and dedicated exercise areas.

Providing 1-to-1 treatment sessions and fostering a fun and caring environment.

Your Burbank physical therapy provider.

Providence Health Center has a rich tradition of providing services for St. Joseph’s and the East San Fernando Valley for nearly 60 years. Our physical therapists evaluate and treat patients using a variety of therapeutic interventions to address pain, musculoskeletal imbalances, orthopedic and neurologic conditions. Our therapists are skilled in multiple manual therapy treatments and dedicated to increasing their professional development.

Our emphasis during the individualized therapy sessions is on active rehabilitation, education and specific manual therapy to promote recovery and prevent recurring health problems. We take physical therapy to a higher level.

Providence Health Center is conveniently located about 1 1/2 miles from the main St. Joseph’s campus. We are on the corner of Hollywood Way and West Pacific, just across from the Burbank post office and down the street from the Bob Hope Airport. There is plenty of free parking available on the premises and in the underground parking garage as well.

Our specialized programs include: general orthopedic and sport-related injuries, vestibular and balance dysfunctions, hands(CHT), neurologic and geriatric conditions, lymphedema, work related injuries and pelvic rehab for women and men.

We are committed to helping each patient achieve their optimum level of wellness, independence and quality of life. We are proud of our reputation as a caring member of the communities we serve. We support local charities and organizations, to name just few: Hope of the Valley Shelter, BUSD, Sister’s of Providence employee assistance, MEND, Revlon Walk, Relay for Life, Arthritis Walk. Our experts go out into the community to provide lectures on fall risk, lymphedema, arthritis management, Ergonomics, injury prevention and urinary incontinence.

Our clinic serves as a learning institution and a clinical affiliation site for multiple university PT programs.

Our services — designed to help you reach your goals.

Offering a wide range of multidisciplinary treatments, including manual and movement-based therapies as well as performance and preventative services, our team’s mission is to provide quality rehabilitation, performance enhancement and life-long fitness.
