It was so reassuring to have someone take the time to listen to what i was saying, not just letting me talk. I felt like i was believed and that it was important. After the session i was able to have a complete nights sleep for the first time in months. The exercises made sense and seem to be helping. I will definitely continue with Therapeutic Associates in Hazel Dell.
