Cody Lommen

Clinic Director | Physical Therapist

Cody attended Pacific University, School of Physical Therapy in Forest Grove, OR and received his Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy with distinction, in May of 2012. He has spent his professional career serving the Salem/Keizer region. His clinical interests include orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, persistent pain, and vestibular rehabilitation, Cody is currently pursuing advanced certification through the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy.

Cody was born in Adelaide, South Australia and moved to Oregon in 1989 at the age of five. Growing up he participated in track and field, soccer, and basketball. Cody attended Western Oregon University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.

He ran the Portland Marathon and enjoys participating in a variety of running events. Cody has also volunteered in a number of Special Olympic events such as athlete screening and training. In his free time, Cody enjoys spending time with his two boys and wife, fly-fishing, camping, hiking, kayaking, and running.

Anne Jeffery

Physical Therapist

Anne chose to pursue a career in physical therapy after a knee injury which led to surgery and her own rehab experience. Anne grew up in Canby, Oregon and loves living in the Pacific Northwest. She earned her undergraduate degree from Oregon State University in Exercise and Sport Science and initially joined Therapeutic Associates as a PT aide in Corvallis. She went on to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Pacific University in 2015, graduating with distinction.

Anne is continuing her education through the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy and is passionate about using exercise and other research-based treatment as she assists her patients in achieving their goals. When she is not in the clinic, Anne enjoys spending time hiking, camping and fishing with her husband. She is also an avid Portland Trailblazers fan and a runner.

Administrative Supervisor

Lily is approaching her third year with Therapeutic Associates. She began at the Central Billing Office in the Customer Service Department in the Summer of 2012 gaining knowledge of many areas within the company, and now is proud to be the Front Office Coordinator at East Salem. Lily takes pride in ensuring each patient has a wonderful experience by providing outstanding customer service, making sure patients understand coverage, and answering any questions that come up during the time of care. She also enjoys the challenge of staying on top of the ever changing medical insurance requirements but most of all, Lily enjoys getting to know all the wonderful people she meets while working in the practice.

Lily was born and raised in Oregon, and enjoys exploring the state whether it be while camping, hiking, frisbee golfing, or biking. When not in the clinic, her greatest love is being with her family.
