Gina Paine - Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy - West Salem

Gina Paine

Clinic Director | Physical Therapist

Gina was born in Pensacola, Florida but quickly made her way out west where she grew up in Rogue River, a small town in southern Oregon, surrounded by family and country. Gina had desires of pursuing a career in the medical field beginning in the 7th grade. She completed her undergraduate coursework at Oregon State University in 1995, earning a Bachelor’s degree in General Science. Prior to continuing her education she spent one year in South Korea teaching conversational English to children and adults of all ages. Upon returning to the United States she completed her Master’s and Doctorate Degrees in Physical Therapy and graduated with distinction from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon in 2001.

Gina took her knowledge and skills across the country, practicing in Virginia, Florida, Texas, and California. She stood along side her husband as he fought to protect our country as an Officer in the United States Marine Corps. They returned in 2006 with their two sons to be close to family and their beloved home of Oregon. Gina began working for Therapeutic Associates in October 2006 and opened a new clinic in West Salem in December 2010. Gina brings with her a variety of experiences, with special interests in orthopedics, spine care, and women’s health. She feels very fortunate to have trained with excellent therapists in the north, south, east, and west. When she is not working at the clinic, she takes pride in fulfilling the duties of her other full time job as a mom. She enjoys nearly every outdoor activity, with running and fishing at the top of her list.

Camas Weraky

Physical Therapist

Camas graduated from the Robert D Clark Honor’s College at the University of Oregon with a degree in Human Physiology and Spanish in 2007. After graduating with her Doctorate in Physical therapy with distinction from Pacific University in 2012 Camas returned to her hometown to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Since then she has continued her education in manual therapy and in 2017 Camas became a Certified Lymphedema Therapist, able to provide complete decongestive therapy to patients with lymphedema. In addition to treating lymphedema Camas enjoys treating pediatric patients, chronic pain and general orthopedic conditions.

Camas is fluent in Spanish and has traveled to Central and South America. In her time away from the clinic Camas enjoys spending time outside with her husband and young children.

Chester Delfin - West Salem

Chester Delfin

Physical Therapist

Chester graduated with a degree in Physical Therapy in 1999 from Far Eastern University – NRMF Manila, Philippines. He has worked in various settings, including acute care (hospital), outpatient, and home health therapy. In 2009 he decided to continue his career in the United States, initially working as a traveling PT at a sub-acute facility in Medford, Oregon. Chester eventually moved North, closer to Portland and further developed his skills working with the geriatric population, in which he later earned a certification as an Exercise Expert for Aging Adults from the Academy of Geriatric Physical Therapy (APTA). Chester is also certified in Vestibular Rehabilitation from the American Institute of Balance, and later became Board Certified as a Geriatrics Clinical Specialist in 2017. He continues to advance his skills with Functional Manual Therapy through IPA (Institute of Physical Art), orthopedic therapies, strength and conditioning, injury prevention and sports rehabilitation.

When not at work, Chester loves to keep himself active working out in the gym, attending spin/cycling class, swimming and rock climbing. He also enjoys the outdoors of the Pacific Northwest hiking trails and cycling. He loves to travel and seek culinary and cultural adventures.

Annie Blietz - Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy - West Salem

Annie Blietz

Administrative Coordinator

Annie joined Therapeutic Associates in January of 2011 for the opening of the West Salem location with Gina Paine PT, DPT. She comes with a varied background including having owned a rafting company, being a preschool teacher, and waitress. She has strong background in customer care, including medical customer service, working on a cardiopulmonary team, & as a dental assistant. A loving mother of 4 children with 1 at home still and 3 grown children with children of their own, making her a “GrAnnie.”

Annie enjoys working with patients immensely, connecting and sharing in their lives. She has a strong knowledge of insurance plan requirements and rules, as well as, all other aspects of billing our claims and managing our clinic. Annie also remains involved in patient care as a fully trained PT Aide when needed.

In her personal time, Annie enjoys time with her family and loved ones. She is an avid hiker and PNW enthusiast. She finds pleasure wandering off the beaten path and can be found carousing the shelves of used book stores and antique/thrift shops, throughout the Northwest, while drinking local coffee everywhere along the way with her husband.
