Jim Tangredi

Clinic Director | Physical Therapist

Jim graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Sacred Heart University in 2014, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science in 2011. Jim is a graduate of the two year Therapeutic Associates’ Orthopaedic Residency Program in which he was mentored by physical therapists specialized in manual therapy and completed coursework with the North American Institute of Orthopaedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT).

Jim’s clinical interest is orthopaedic rehabilitation, sports injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation. His treatment approach is patient-specific, utilizing manual therapy, Functional Movement Systems, ASTYM, and evidence-based intervention strategies. His post-doctoral education is focused on obtaining the certifications of Orthopaedic Certified Specialist (OCS) and Certified Manual Physical Therapist (CMPT).

Jim was born and raised in New York and moved to the Spokane area in 2014. Outside of the clinic, Jim enjoys mountain biking, playing the guitar, and spending time with his family.

Physical Therapist

Sean graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in 2016. Prior to receiving his DPT, he attended Northwest Nazarene University where he attained his Bachelors of Science in Pre-Physical Therapy with an Athletic Training emphasis.

His clinical interests include working with patients in the outpatient orthopedic setting and is he passionate about improving strength and functional abilities of all ages. He works to create individual treatment plans with an emphasis on evidence based practice including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise and education to help each patient reach their specific goals. He plans to continue his education by achieving board certifications such as Sports Certified Specialist (SCS), Functional Movement Specialist (SFMA), and Orthopedic Manual Therapist (NAIOMT).

Sean was raised in Mountain Home, ID and has spent his life around the Pacific Northwest where he plans to stay. When he is not in the clinic, you can find him with his wife and dog: hiking, camping, snowboarding, and playing or watching soccer.

Bailey Larson

Bailey Larson

Physical Therapist Assistant

Bailey is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant who joined our team in June 2015. She is a 2015 graduate of PIMA Medical Institute’s Physical Therapist Assistant Program, and a 2011 graduate of Eastern Washington University’s Exercise Science Program. She is Astym certified and recently obtained a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Level 1 Certification. Her clinical interests include working with patients of all ages to improve functional strength and mobility in the outpatient orthopedic setting. Outside of the clinic, Bailey enjoys spending time with her family, biking, hiking, walking the dogs, and exploring the Pacific Northwest.
