Jim Tangredi

Jim Tangredi, PT, DPT

Clinic Director | Physical Therapist

Jim graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Sacred Heart University in 2014, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science in 2011. Jim is a graduate of the two year Therapeutic Associates’ Orthopaedic Residency Program in which he was mentored by physical therapists specialized in manual therapy and completed coursework with the North American Institute of Orthopaedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT).

Jim’s clinical interest is orthopaedic rehabilitation, sports injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation. His treatment approach is patient-specific, utilizing manual therapy, Functional Movement Systems, ASTYM, and evidence-based intervention strategies. His post-doctoral education is focused on obtaining the certifications of Orthopaedic Certified Specialist (OCS) and Certified Manual Physical Therapist (CMPT).

Jim was born and raised in New York and moved to the Spokane area in 2014. Outside of the clinic, Jim enjoys mountain biking, playing the guitar, and spending time with his family.

Chelsie Vetter

Chelsie Vetter, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Chelsie is a graduate from Eastern Washington University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. Prior to attending EWU, she studied Exercise Science and Health at the University of Idaho. She is actively pursuing advanced training in manual therapy through the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT) with plans to become ASTYM® certified. Chelsie is also currently a resident of the Therapeutic Associates Orthopedic Residency Program.

Chelsie has a passion for working with all age groups and has clinical experience in treating general orthopedics, pre- and post-surgery, neurological conditions, and athletes. She strives to improve each patient’s ability to reach their personal goals following an injury through individualized treatment programs.

Chelsie is an avid soccer player and remains an active participant in her alumni games at the University of Idaho and Cheney High School. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two cats, sampling local cuisine, and being outdoors.

Meggi Serrette, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Meggi received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2018 and her Bachelor of Behavioral Science from Hardin-Simmons University in 2012.

Meggi’s clinical interests include orthopedic manual therapy and educating patients about human anatomy and how the body functions to achieve optimal performance in everyday life. She is a resident of the Therapeutic Associates Orthopedic Residency Program and is pursuing her manual therapy certification through the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT).

She has spent most of her life in Texas, but she loves to travel and explore new places. Meggi enjoys all things outdoors, and in her free time you can find her hiking, golfing, snowboarding, or enjoying a good meal with friends and family.

Bailey Larson

Bailey Larson, PTA

Physical Therapist Assistant

Bailey is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant who joined our team in June 2015. She is a 2015 graduate of PIMA Medical Institute’s Physical Therapist Assistant Program, and a 2011 graduate of Eastern Washington University’s Exercise Science Program. She is Astym certified and recently obtained a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Level 1 Certification. Her clinical interests include working with patients of all ages to improve functional strength and mobility in the outpatient orthopedic setting. Outside of the clinic, Bailey enjoys spending time with her family, biking, hiking, walking the dogs, and exploring the Pacific Northwest.
