Power & Speed: 5-Part Golf Fitness Series 5 sessions beginning May 17th

Strength x Speed = POWER. We will use the latest in 3D motion capture and launch monitor analysis to assess your body, ball and clubhead speed. You will learn exercises to increase your core, hip, hand/wrist strength, and speed so that you can gain distance off the tee.
