Brian Weiderman, PT, DPT

Clinic Director | Physical Therapist

Brian received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Idaho State University, where he graduated with honors. He received his Bachelor’s degrees in Music and Chemistry from the University of Puget Sound, where he competed in intercollegiate rowing. He is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), certified in Augmented Soft Tissue Manipulation (The ASTYM™ System) and is working toward advanced certifications with the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT).

Brian’s treatment approach is customized for every patient, using a mixture of manual therapy, strength and conditioning exercises, and education to improve overall function. His areas of specialty include orthopedic injuries, cervical and lumbar musculoskeletal injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation. He has a particular interest in treating sports-related injuries and Men’s Health disorders. His passion for teaching is readily observed during specialized bike fits, video gait analysis clinics and injury prevention workshops.

Brian can offer unique views on rehabilitation and patient education by drawing on his extensive background in guiding and instructing clients on mountaineering, rock climbing, and sea kayaking expeditions throughout North America. When not working you can expect he’ll be out taking advantage of the best of what Idaho has to offer for rock climbing, telemark skiing, mountain biking, and hiking.

Teisha Banda - Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy - Nampa

Teisha Banda, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Teisha graduated with Cum Laude Honors from Boise State University with a Bachelors of Science in 2015. She continued her education at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA and received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2020. After graduation Teisha was eager to move back to her home state to start her career as a physical therapist.

Professionally, Teisha is excited to pursue her special interests in orthopedics, manual therapy, functional dry needling, facial distortion model and lymphedema. Her professional approach to care is to individualize her treatment plans to fit the functional needs of her patients and improve their ability to move. She believes everyone should enjoy movement and live a fulfilled life.

Outside of the workplace Teisha loves to spend my time with her husband, family and two fur babies. She loves the outdoors and enjoys everything that Idaho has to offer. Razor rides, kayaking, rafting or even just a lazy morning on the deck drinking coffee, if it’s in the mountains she is happy. When she is not getting lost in the mountains, she enjoys playing soccer. On her creative side she enjoys creating homemade crafts.

Stephanie Meo - Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy - Meridian

Stephanie Hall, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Stephanie received her Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science from Boise State University in 2017. She then continued to pursue a career in physical therapy by obtaining her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in 2019. Stephanie has training in FDM (Fascial Distortion Model) and has taken Pelvic Floor Level 1 through Herman and Wallace. She plans to continue her training in Pelvic Health through Herman and Wallace, as well as pursue more training in manual techniques through the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT).

Stephanie’s treatment philosophy includes utilizing holistic and individualized treatment plans for every patient for a return to optimal function. She does this by utilizing evidence-based principles and a combination of manual therapy, education, and exercise. Stephanie has a passion for treating Women’s Health conditions, including incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and pelvic pain. She plans to further her women’s health training in pregnancy, post-partum, and the female athlete.

When Stephanie is not in the clinic, you can find her walking her dog and spending time with her family.

Kari Green, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Kari completed her undergraduate degree in Biology at Idaho State University where she competed as a Division I athlete on the Women’s Basketball team. Her enthusiasm for sports and her experiences as a collegiate athlete led her to pursue a Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Eastern Washington University in 2017.

Her treatment philosophy includes using a combination of manual therapy and exercise to help people achieve their goals and return to participation in their desired activities. She is passionate about physical therapy and helping people attain an improved quality of life.

Kari was raised on a small farm in Jerome, Idaho, which fueled her love for animals and the outdoors. She enjoys running, camping, hiking and water activities. She has a passion for both playing basketball and coaching young athletes in the community.

Cole Davis

Cole Davis, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Cole received his Bachelors of Science from the University of Central Oklahoma in Kinesiology and Exercise Science in 2017. He continued his education at Regis University to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2020. Cole’s background revolves around competitive athletics and recreational pursuits. He was a collegiate baseball player and continues to be an avid hiker and skier among many other hobbies. His main goal with physical therapy is to help others return to the activities that bring their lives joy and happiness.

Cole joins the Therapeutic Associates team with interests in manual therapy and orthopedics among many others. His personal philosophy is that physical therapy should be an enjoyable process of recovery and self improvement, no matter how painful the recovery might be. He believes having a good attitude and experience can vastly improve the outcomes of his patients.

Cole enjoys anything competitive or outdoors from pick-up basketball, golf, and climbing to hiking, camping, mountain biking, and skiing.

Amy Henkel, LMT

Licensed Massage Therapist | Exercise Specialist

Amy graduated with honors from Milan Institute of Massage Therapy. She competed at the collegiate level on the women’s basketball team at Eastern Washington University while earning a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology. After graduating, Amy went on to play professional basketball in Denmark for a year.
Working in a physical therapy environment, Amy has the ability to communicate with the physical therapists and incorporate a therapeutic, healing touch. She tailors every massage session to the client’s specific needs and integrates different modalities. Amy enjoys helping her clients manage pain while restoring health and is trained in techniques such as deep tissue, swedish, sports massage, subtle energy, prenatal, and myofascial release.
