Greg has been a member of the Mid Valley Physical Therapy team since 2006. His educational background includes undergraduate degrees in both biology and health sciences, and he received a Master of Arts degree in physical therapy from the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN in 2001.

His professional interests include manual therapy and continuing education through the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy. He is an APTA credentialed clinical instructor as well as a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist. In his treatment approach, he strives to tailor an individualized and evidence-based treatment plan for each patient, drawing on an eclectic blend from many different physical therapy treatments and techniques.

He and his wife enjoy Albany’s community environment and convenient access to Oregon’s many outdoor activities.

Kristin Lameh is a staff therapist at Mid Valley Physical Therapy in Albany, Oregon. Kristin received her BS degree from the University of Portland and graduated cum laude in Biology/Allied Health sciences. She received her MS in Physical Therapy from Pacific University in Forest Grove, OR in 1993. After graduation, Kristin began working for Therapeutic Associates in Salem for 1 year before moving to Mid Valley Physical Therapy in 1994. She is an APTA certified clinical instructor and is also certified in Augmented Soft Tissue Mobilization (ASTYM™). Her interests include manual therapy and women’s health.

Alicia grew up in Troutdale, OR where she graduated from Reynolds High School in 2000. She went on to attend Mt. Hood Community College, where she was involved in many campus clubs and activities. She received her degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant and joined Mid Valley Physical Therapy in 2004 as a physical therapy assistant.

Alicia’s clinical interests have been centered on orthopedic and manual physical therapy. Over the years, she has taken several courses through the Institute of Physical Art, which emphasizes both evidence-based and functionally relevant PT interventions. She uses her education and clinical experience to carry out effective treatment plans to help patients reach their goals. In addition, she is also a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and is an APTA certified clinical instructor. Alicia is a certified ASTYM provider.

Alicia enjoys traveling, exercise, reading, and spending time with her husband, son, and daughter.
